Canada Goose was looking for a creative partner to bring to life one of their boldest ideas yet—an immersive and interactive concept store with zero inventory. We conceived, designed, and built an experience that captures the stories of the brand and the warmest coats on Earth.

Embrace the elements
Canada Goose parkas are inspired by the Arctic, but their entire collection for diverse climates shares one single mission. They give people the freedom to venture out in any weather and truly experience and enjoy the elements.
Canada Goose wanted consumers to experience the forces of nature that inspired the brand in a multi-sensory way.

The Crevasse
To start, guests enter the store through an icy tunnel. An interactive floor reacts to their footsteps, creating the sensation of cracking ice through responsive visual content and intimate sound design.

Across the many rooms, guests can feel the thrill of tip-toeing over cracking ice or a cold river, sit in awe as icebergs tumble into the ocean, or put on a coat and step into freezing Arctic temperatures.

The Elements Room
Floor-to-ceiling projections and soundscapes place guests inside sweeping, atmospheric, original footage shot on location in British Columbia.

Within this area, a display of the renowned Snow Mantra parkas reveal product stories and features through touch-based sensors.



The Cold Room
The centerpiece of the experience, a -12°C environment that snows, where visitors can test the famously warm coats in extreme conditions.

As guests test the jackets, two widescreen original short films feature stories of Goose People—humans from around the globe who embody the brand's values and lifestyle and inspire others through epic adventures.

Two films focus on Indigenous artist and activist Sarain Fox, as well as Iditarod legend Lance Mackey.
Meaningful luxury apparel
With the combination of storytelling and seamlessly integrated technology, guests are able to shop in an environment hosted by brand ambassadors and unlike any other retail space.
