In 2020, when the world went on hold, DC Comics and WB launched ‘DC FanDome, a 24hr virtual ‘Live’ event. DK created an interactive escape room taking fans into the mind of the Crown Prince of Crime in a first-of-its-kind virtual experience.



Welcome to the sadistic funhouse
We delved into the psyche of The Joker and created a thrilling, online, multi-layered escape room.
Can you fool The Joker?
To escape, fans were challenged to explore, discover, and take on three interactive traps.

Joker Friend? Joker Foe? dared players to a game of cards against The Joker.
Masks of Madness tested the demented laughter of fans.
The Kabooooom Room!! surprised players with a deadly trap of explosive countdowns.

Between challenges, we built anticipation and mystery as players traveled through Joker's Hall of Laughter and Corridor of Weapons.

Over 24 hours, more than 2 million fans poured in from 144 countries, making the first year of DC Fandome a major success.
